About Air Canada Vancouver Singapore Flight AC19

Vancouver airport (YVR) is Air Canada’s main pacific hub. The airline operates a huge number of flights to the Asia-Pacific region from this airport. So it’s no surprise that the carrier has chosen to launch its new flight to Singapore from this hub.

The flights will start connecting Vancouver and Singapore starting April 3rd 2024. The flight, number AC19, will be a permanent presence in the Air Canada network. However it won’t start off as a daily service, at least initially it’ll have 4 weekly services on:

  • Mondays (returning on Tuesdays)
  • Wednesdays (returning on Thursdays)
  • Fridays (returning on Saturdays)
  • Sundays (returning on Mondays)

Also Singapore Changi Airport (SIN) is home to another Star Alliance major airline Singapore Airlines. Why is this important? Simply because it offers Air Canada passengers the possibility of travelling onwards to other destination on the SQ network seamlessly.
