Ties between Europe and the east coast of north America have always been strong for obvious historical and nowadays economic reasons. That’s why there are so many transatlantic flights between the two continents. In preparation for the 2023 summer season Air France is looking to further power up its services across the Atlantic to Canada. Here’s how Air France’s services to Canada will vary in 2023.
Air France’s new AF364 Flight From Paris to Ottawa
Let’s get the ball rolling with an entirely new service that the french SkyTeam airline will be introducing to its schedule in 2023. From June 27th onwards, the french flag carrier will be flying direct from Paris (CDG) to the Canadian capital Ottawa.
The flight have a 5 times weekly frequency, operating on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. This will be the new Paris to Ottawa flight schedule:
- AF364 will depart Paris (CDG) at 13:10 arriving into Ottawa (YOW) at 15:05.
- Return flight AF361 will depart Ottawa (YOW) at 17:05 arriving back into Paris (CDG) at 06:15.
The plane for this flight will be the French carrier’s Airbus A330-200. This wide body twin engine jet is fitted with:
- 36 Business Class Seats
- 21 Premium Economy Seasts
- 167 Economy Class Seats
The Return of the Paris Quebec City Flight
Returning in 2023 will be the Paris Charles de Gaulle to Quebec City flight. This service was part of the AF route network for summer 2022 and will be present again in the roster for this coming summer.
Air France flight AF352 will connect Paris to Quebec City 3 times a week on: Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays. This will be its schedule:
- AF352 will depart Paris (CDG) at 20:45 arriving into Quebec City (YQB) at 21:55.
- Return flight AF353 will depart Quebec City (YQB) at 23:55 arriving back into Paris (CDG) at 12:20.
In this case the plane chosen to fly the route is a more modern Boeing 787-9 featuring:
- 30 Business Class Seats
- 21 Premium Economy Seats
- 225 Economy Class Seats
Other Air France Canadian Routes Updates
Along with the new Ottawa service and the relaunched Quebec City flight, Air France will also serve in 2023:
- Montreal (YUL) with up to 3 daily flights.
- Toronto (YYZ) with 2 daily flights.
- Vancouver (YVR) with a daily flight
