So haven’t written here in a while, nor have I posted many videos on my Youtube Channel. But I’m back now and I want to start something new.
I’ll take advantage of what is taking more time out of my life to create more content, Running. In the last 2 months I have started running constantly more, after having reached to the conclusion that I needed to loose weight.
Just to clear things up, I’m not that heavy, I’m 178 Cm tall and I now weigh 84 kg. I’m a bit above my ideal BMI (body mass index), so I picked up my old passion for running.
I’ve run since I was 6 years old, first starting with my dad, then I moved on to play football until I was 14 (and I was the best runner in the team) then suddenly I found myself without a team anymore and that’s when I moved on to a running team. The last step in my sport life was when I became a referee, which combines two of my favourite sports, running and football. Unfortunately, I had to quit when I moved to Dubai.
Since I moved back to my hometown in Italy, I have been running on and off for the past 4 years. I’m trying to make it stick this time, and to give me an extra motivation I decided that making a regular vlog about my running efforts and how they are proceeding.
So if any of you are beginner runners or more experienced runners let’s share experiences, tips and so on here or on my Youtube channel.
